Supportive Care Officer

You'll help us bring a brand-new service to life for patients, their families and friends, while also developing support that works for our clinical colleagues and their teams. We've spent the past year listening carefully to what people need. Now were ready to turn those ideas into action and we'd love you to be part of it.

Main duties of the job

You'll have a real opportunity to build on the support we already offer, bring your own ideas and help make this new approach a success.We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people. You'll be a confident communicator who can use your initiative, work independently and keep a clear head when things get busy. You'll also need administrative experience, strong IT skills and a good eye for detail.
