The RoleWe are looking for two people to join our Ticketing, Membership and Supporter Services Team on a fixed term contract during our 2026 cricket season (March - December 11th, 2026).
Providing outstanding customer service to Members and supporters at The Kia Oval is central to everything we do. As a Supporter Services Executive, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, supporting over 20,000 Members and helping manage the sale of hundreds of thousands of tickets each year.
Working as part of a twelve person team, you will handle enquiries, problem solve, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of Surrey County Cricket Club.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised service to all Members and supporters
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, telephone, and face to face on match days
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently
- Sell tickets, Memberships, and additional products such as restaurant bookings, events and tours
- Provide ticket office and reception services on match days and support match day staff
- Collect and report customer feedback to support service improvements
- Support Member engagement events, including forums, focus groups, and Members' dinners
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
- During the cricket season (April-September), you will be required to work match days, which may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays, for which you will receive Time Off in Lieu.

Essential / Desirable Skills and Experience:- Customer Service Experience
- Experience handling payments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- High levels of empathy and customer focus
- Ambitious and motivated to develop professionally
- Confident using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A positive, proactive, "can do" attitude
- Strong team player with a commitment to service quality
£30,784.00 per annum (Pro-rata)
23 days annual leave (Pro-rata)
