About the Employer

Our client is a charity dedicated to providing air ambulance and critical care services across Bristol, North Somerset, Bath & North East Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire and parts of Wiltshire. From volunteers to Specialist Paramedics, from senior Consultants to retail and fundraising staff, they are a team, working to save lives that would otherwise be lost. They seek to continually develop and adapt their activities to meet the needs of local communities, whilst impacting nationally and influencing global pre-hospital care. Their work is deeply satisfying, and every member of the team is committed to this service, and to saving as many lives as they can.

About You and The Role

This charity is looking for a new Supporter Engagement Coordinator to provide excellent stewardship for their supporters in B&NES and North Somerset. They are after someone with passion - for the cause, for the people they help and most importantly for the people who help this charity save lives.

They are looking for someone who is dedicated to doing their best, a person who can work independently but also collaborate within and beyond their team, who has compassion for both supporters and stakeholders and who is curious about exploring new approaches and keen to learn and develop. The successful candidate will have a background in the charity sector, with great relationship management and communication skills as well as the ability to manage projects.

This charity is a great cause to fundraise for, and they have amazing stories to tell and experiences to offer. The work is very rewarding for the team too - everyone at this organisation knows that they are contributing to saving local lives every week. They are looking for someone who shares their passion for that. You would be joining the organisation at an exciting time, as the charity continues to grow and innovate in the field of pre-hospital care. You will be supported in developing your skills and be part of a dedicated team committed to saving local lives.

This employer is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion. They encourage applications from candidates from a range of backgrounds and experiences. This organisation puts people first and upholds a culture of safeguarding.
