Supporter Care Assistant

We're looking for someone to join Tommy's as Supporter Care Assistant, and help deliver an outstanding experience for more than 3,000 runners taking part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon. As the main point of contact for our runners, you'll respond to enquiries, provide friendly support, manage registrations and work with the team to create memorable moments for all Tommy's runners. Your work will contribute to our ambitious fundraising target of over £2 million.

We're looking for an organised, adaptable and detail-focused team player with customer service, telephone and administrative experience. You'll have excellent written and interpersonal skills, a positive and professional manner, and the confidence to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
