We are currently recruiting Support Workers to work within a residential service.

This role involves supporting individuals in a residential setting, promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred outcomes while ensuring safe and effective care.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice
• Follow care plans and risk assessments
• Support with daily living tasks
• Maintain accurate records and report concerns appropriately

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must already hold the following:

• A valid DBS (within 12 months or on the Update Service)
• All-in-one mandatory training, including:
• Practical Manual Handling
• Practical Basic Life Support
• Care Certificate (current or expired accepted)
• Oral Health training
• Dysphagia awareness
• Epilepsy training
• Oliver McGowan Tier 1 and Tier 2 Training
