Voyage Care Willington is seeking a hands-on Support Worker to help people gain more independence in daily living within a welcoming supported living service.

You will work as part of a dynamic team, assist with personal care, encourage community activity, and support people to socialise, cook, and enjoy outings.

No two days are the same as you teach life skills and promote confidence, with DBS checks and references required.
