Community Integrated Care is recruiting care workers in Sunderland to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a person-centred home setting.

You will join a small, dedicated team delivering compassionate care, with flexible hours and a commitment to wellbeing and community involvement. DBS/PVG paid, 28 days leave pro-rata for part-time, and opportunities for progression.
