Support Worker: Empower Independence for Adults with Autism

Autism Plus is seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide person-centred support in Hull's Supported Living Services. You will help individuals with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs to live as independently as possible, pursue interests, and stay connected with the local community.
