Support Worker & Driver - Empower Independence

Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker with a valid UK driving licence to support a young man with complex needs in Cheltenham. The role involves daily living support, personal care, mobility, and accompanying him to college and activities.

You will work 45 hours per week on a 7am-3pm / 3pm-10pm / 7am-10pm shift pattern. You will be required to provide compassionate care, follow care plans, and maintain detailed records.
