Job Description
Location: Crewe
Salary: 15.00phr
Shift pattern: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (08.00-20.00)
Key Responsibilities- Provide continuous 1:1 observation and support for patients with mental health needs.
- Offer reassurance and de-escalation during distress.
- Work closely with A&E staff and mental health teams to ensure patient safety and dignity.
- Monitor and report changes in behaviour.
- Support the management of challenging situations in a calm, professional manner while following safeguarding procedures.
- Experience in mental health, healthcare, or social care is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, ability to stay calm under pressure, and a caring, non-judgemental approach.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.
