We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing 1:1 support to a vibrant yet nonverble polish who lives at home with his wife and Kids in Sholing.
He is now living with a brain injury after a srtoke and requiresround the clock care, delivered by a consistent and understanding team.He is non verbal, and his support workers will learn to recognise and respond to his unique communication cues. Full training will be provided.
This is a rewarding role supporting a gentalman who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around him.
- Experience with non verbal communication, or complex needs is helpful but not essential.
- You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role
- Willing to learn his specific communication cues.
- Comfortable working within the family home
