Support Worker

Responsibilities

• Encouraging - people to play active roles in the communities in which they live, to encourage independence.
• Supporting - Activities of daily living, including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.
• Communicating - effectively communicate using people's chosen methods.
• Engaging - promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life.
• Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches.
• Recording - keeping accurate records & reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management.
• Team player - working as part of a team and using your own initiative.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A minimum of 12 months of right to work.
• Availability for full time, part time or bank positions.
