We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our social care team in a rewarding and fulfilling role.

  • £25,845 per annum (pro rata) + £1,200pa complexity payment
  • Full-time hours available

Our Bromley service supports an adult male with diverse interests, including football, wrestling, and golf. He values social engagement and enjoys dining out.

The individual has complex needs and communicates non-verbally, which can present challenges in certain situations. We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and empathetic support worker to assist him in exploring new experiences and achieving his personal goals.

As part of the selection process, a meet-and-greet session will be arranged between shortlisted candidates and the individual receiving support.

We are looking for a Support Worker with:

  • Experience and confidence in managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours in accordance with the PWS's support plan.
  • Proficiency in Sign Language is essential to support the PWS's communication needs.
  • Resilience: the ability to provide consistent, high-quality support in a 1:1 setting.
  • Shift patterns include 1:1 support during the day and sleep ins from 11pm to 8am.
