North East - temporary - £90-95 per day

Job Overview

We are looking for a Support Worker to provide day to day support across a range of settings for individuals with complex needs. The successful candidate will deliver consistent care, promote independence and maintain a positive and safe environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
• Valid adult and child DBS on the update service
• Patient and resilient approach to challenging behaviour
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Can do attitude and willingness to get involved
