Job Description
Overview

Extraordinary People, Exceptional Care Support Worker (Dementia). An NVQ level 2 (or above) certificate in Health and Social Care is essential for this role along with 6 months minimum experience within a Dementia setting.

Pay Rates
  • Nights Rates of Pay: NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care: £13.81 per hour
  • Nights Rates of Pay: NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care: £14.64 per hour

Qualifications

If you hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care and have at least 6 months' experience in a Dementia care setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
  • Support people to participate in appropriate leisure activities and activities of daily living, normalising life as much as possible with joy and happiness.
  • Providing personal care with empathy and sensitivity.
  • Receive tailored dementia training to enhance your skills and the lives of those you will support.
  • Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team.
