Description

Bromyard Road are looking for a Support Worker to join the team on a 42 hour basis. Bromyard Road is located in St Johns, a small suburb in Worcester. Our home is a residential service for six females who have mental health needs or are autistic, with our support being specifically designed to support those who have a personality disorder. We are on a quiet street, near the town centre.

Our team are dedicated to supporting our residents to develop their skills so they can enjoy a happy, healthy and independent life, back in the community.

What you'll be doing

You'll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service and to support the wellbeing of our residents. While your role doesn't involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
