Job Description
Support Worker - Multiple positions available 
Lobster Recruitment are looking for Support Workers to join a growing team.
You will work with extraordinary people who achieve fantastic successes and work as part of a supportive team, focusing on outcomes through a person-centred approach.
We work closely with local services for vulnerable people, to offer flexible working hours including:
- Early shifts
- Late shifts
- Long Day shifts
- Night shifts
- Have experience working with adults with learning and physical disabilities
- Be passionate about providing excellent support
- Be compassionate, take responsibility for your own actions and be keen to acquire new knowledge
- Flexible Working Hours
- Full time and Part time hours available
- Weekly Pay PAYE (Not Self Employed)
- Employer Pension Contribution
- Up to 28 days Holiday per year
- Full Practical & Theory Training.
- On call service, for out of usual office hours.
- Immediate Start available (subject to pre-employment checks).
- Uniforms
