Job Description

Pay: £12.50 - £16.50 per hour (DOE & placement)

Shifts: Days, Nights, Sleep-ins, Block bookings available

Role Overview

We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide person centred care to adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and complex behaviours.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support
  • Support daily living & independence skills
  • Manage challenging behaviours safely
  • Maintain safeguarding & care standards
  • Accurate record keeping
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months UK care experience
  • DBS (Update Service preferred)
  • PMVA/MAPA training desirable
  • Right to work in UK
  • Driving licence desirable but not essential
