Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people aged 8-18 years. You will work in a challenging yet highly rewarding environment, providing care, guidance, and emotional support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Health and Social Care (required for senior posts)
  • Experience working directly with children aged 8-18 (preferred)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to undergo a free DBS check
  • Flexibility to work long shifts (10:00 - 22:00) and sleep-ins
  • Full driving licence (preferred or in progress)
