About the Role As a Support Worker, you will be part of a supportive team helping adults with learning disabilities live fulfilling, independent lives. You will support individuals to achieve their personal goals, ambitions and aspirations. No two days are the same, as everyone you support is unique. Your role may include: 
- Supporting people with daily living and personal care
- Providing emotional support and encouragement
- Helping individuals develop new skills
- Supporting people to manage their home
- Assisting with leisure activities, employment, hobbies and travel
- Supporting individuals to access their local community

- No previous experience or qualifications required, Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided
