Support Worker - Empower Young Adults in Community & Home

National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist young adults with complex needs in Basildon and surrounding areas. You will support daily living, plan activities, and enable independence within community settings and homes.

A full UK driving licence is required. The role involves early/late shifts and weekend work, with paid training and opportunities for progression in a supportive team.
