Support Worker - Complex Needs & Independent Living

CareTech Community Services in Wythenshawe is seeking a Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs in a brand-new supported living flat scheme. This role focuses on empowering independence and developing life skills within people's homes and communities.

You will deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support, helping individuals to build confidence, access education and employment, and participate in daily activities while maintaining their
