Support Worker - Brighten Lives in a Lively Home

Dimensions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Hounslow to assist six adults in a supported living home. You will help residents with daily activities, personal care and mobility tasks, using hoists where required, and support engaging, meaningful daily routines.

The role offers full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time hours with shifts from 7am-2:30pm, 2pm-9:30pm, and occasional long days. A positive, respectful approach and commitment to dignity are essential for success.
