Support Worker - Brain Injury Rehab & Independence

National Care Group in Rochdale is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our National Neurological Services team. You will support adults with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions in their rehabilitation, helping them regain independence and move toward returning home.

You will build relationships, assist with daily tasks, personal care, and activities, and work as part of a compassionate, collaborative team to improve lives.
