Support Worker - Belfast

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our client's care team in the Belfast Area. The services are based in South Belfast and North Belfast. These roles are both a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and complex needs.

The role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care, including personal care, meal support, engaging with service users and their families, and following individual care plans. You will work both independently and as part of a wider care team.

• Immediate Start
• Shift Patterns: 08.00-20.00 or 20.00-8.00 or 08.00-14.00 or 14.00-20.00
• Pay Rate: £12.75-£21.55 per hour, with enhanced rates for weekends and sleepovers

What We Need From You:

• NISCC Registration
• Minimum of 6 months healthcare experience
• Enhanced Access NI check prior to commencement
