Job Description
Support Technician - N1/N2 H/FAs part of a project for one of our clients based in Lausanne, we are looking for an IT Support Technician for a long-term mission. You will join a dynamic team and work in a multi-site environment, where your expertise will contribute directly to the performance and continuity of services.MISSION DESCRIPTION- Provide technical support at levels 1 and 2 (software, networks)- Manage Azure AD access and provide support on Office 365- Diagnose and resolve incidents effectively and proactively- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and systems- Handle requests and ensure follow-up until complete resolution- Participate in continuous improvement of procedures- Collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure the availability and reliability of servicesPROFILE- Relevant certification or equivalent- Successful first experience in IT support- Good mastery of macOS environments: deployment and management via MDM (Jamf, Intune), Apple Business Manager, security (FileVault, Azure AD profiles) and advanced troubleshooting.- Experience in Apple Support (MacBook Pro, iMac, iPad, Mac)- Analytical skills and a sense of customer service- Autonomy, rigor, and a valid driver's license are essential (interventions in the canton of Vaud or within 30 minutes)- Availability: Swiss or EU citizen with a valid permitPosition based in Lausanne with occasional travel.Why this position?- Stable and structured environment- Long-term mission with visibility- Travel and direct contacts with a dynamic working group within a close-knit team jid7c28e39aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
