Support Staff / Host

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the door and manage seating using our table management system.
• Escort guests to their table and share our daily features handout.
• Answer phone calls for reservations, takeout orders, and general inquiries.
• Assist with takeout: take accurate orders, bag and check for accuracy, and deliver to the pick-up station.

Compensation

After completing initial training and excelling in your role, you may have the chance to cross-train as an Expediter (Expo). Expo shifts pay $10/hour plus tips.
