Support Services Practice Leader: Growth & Excellence

MACS EU is seeking an experienced Support Services Practice Lead to shape, lead and continually improve our support function across the UK, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

You will own service performance, governance and the roadmap for the support teams, build capability, manage budgets, and drive ITIL-aligned processes while partnering with delivery, project and technical colleagues to scale our Maximo, TRIRIGA and MREF capabilities.
