Turning Point Scotland Services in Angusare are looking for people to help provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or as part of a team. This role focuses on supporting individuals with complex needs including learning disability and autism. Deliver support in their own homes, promoting independence and choice, and assisting with everyday life experiences such as education, employment, volunteering, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised one to one support to adults with complex needs.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking and housekeeping.
  • Encourage participation in meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with health and social work teams, community justice teams, police and advocacy services.
Qualifications and Requirements

No previous experience required - full training will be provided. Essential values include respect, compassion, inclusion and integrity. All candidates must have IT skills and, where applicable, register with the SSSC within 6 months of start date. Valid UK driving licence is not required.
