Support Pharmacist (North West Kildare)

QR Select are currently recruiting for a Support Pharmacist for a full time, permanent position in a busy community pharmacy working in North West Kildare

The role is with an independent pharmacy

The rota would involve working 9am to 6pm including every 2nd Saturday

As a Support Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, patients, suppliers, and the wider community
• Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth daily operation of the pharmacy
• Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions
• Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure availability of medications
• Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up to date, and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, promptly addressing any health and safety concerns with the pharmacy manager
• Delivering the highest standards of care and service to patients while on duty
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs provided by the pharmacy
• Performing other day to day duties as required to support the pharmacy team

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A BSc (Pharm) or MPharm degree
• Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
