Job Description

Sandwell Adult and Family Learning (SAFL) aims to raise people's aspirations and motivate them to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities
  • The day to day processing and monitoring of financial requirements to meet SMBC and external contractual obligations, including use of procurement systems (Oracle) and SAFL's internal financial processes, and monitoring of financial information such as ledgers.
  • Managing the raising of invoices for the collection of fees and charges made to employers or stakeholders.
  • Supporting the accurate recording and interrogation of data on the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure data validity and correct any inaccuracies or discrepancies, including course creation and learner enrolments.
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience organising and monitoring within a finance role.
  • 2 years' experience organising administrative procedures and utilising data.
  • GCSE English Grade A-C (or equivalent).
  • GCSE Maths Grade A-C (or equivalent).
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: £27,254 pro rata. Other benefits include flexi time, an employee benefits scheme and a free Employee Assistance Programme.
