Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support in a Windows environment, handling both routine and complex technical issues.
  • Act as the Campus Support Engineer based in Ede, delivering on-site support services.
  • Perform deskside support for VIP users, ensuring minimal disruption and timely resolution of issues.
  • Utilize ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or TopDesk to log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Handle server and storage hardware break/fix activities, ensuring continuous infrastructure reliability.
  • Execute high-level installations and configurations of storage and network devices using advanced tools and technical expertise.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems to troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from team members or clients.
  • Test and certify mainframes, servers, and related network infrastructure and peripherals to ensure compatibility and performance standards.
  • Communicate effectively in both Dutch and English, providing support across multilingual environments.


Key Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Technical certification or Associate Degree preferred
  • Typically requires 4-6 years of experience in a similar technical support or infrastructure role
