Track purchase orders, delivery ETAs, GSR receipts

Obtain supplier quotes

Track and document all assets (laptops, PCs, AV devices)

Update device ownership, custodian changes, cost center transfers, retirements

Manage device recycling and decommissioning

Provide high-quality IT support to executives and executive assistants

Assist with Outlook, Teams, device issues

Provide printing support

Support business events and meetings onsite

Provide AV setup, troubleshooting, and speaker support

Install and maintain studio equipment

Provide live support during recordings

Activate devices and port numbers

Manage enterprise voice numbers (Teams)

Support business numbers

Provide MDM troubleshooting

Handle global invoice processes

Support compliance checks and updates

POE, supplier ID support, P2P & AP tickets

Assist network engineers/electricians

Change cables, support patches, rack updates

Perform connectivity tests

Allocate laptops to newcomers

Set up new printers

Support IT-related meetings as needed
