Supply Teacher

Flourish Education is recruiting for Supply Teachers to join our team!

This flexible, day-to-day Supply Teacher role offers you the freedom to work when and where you want, across a range of primary schools in the Staffordarea. No two days will be the same, giving you the opportunity to experience different schools, year groups and teaching environments.

The Role

As this is a day-to-day supply teaching position, you will not be required to plan lessons. However, you will be expected to:

• Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Work effectively alongside teaching assistants and other school staff.
• Manage pupil behaviour confidently and effectively.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons in an engaging and creative way.
• Ensure pupils remain focused, motivated and supported throughout the school day.

To Apply for This Supply Teacher Role, You Will Need:

• Experience teaching in either Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent behaviour management and classroom management skills.
• A strong reference from a recent employer.
• Recent experience working in UK schools.
