Supply Teacher

We are looking for Primary Supply Teachers who provide high-quality teaching cover across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absence while maintaining a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Support pupils' academic and personal development during supply cover
• Adapt teaching style to meet the needs of different classes and age groups
• Provide clear feedback to permanent staff on pupil progress and behaviour
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and school procedures at all times
• Build positive relationships quickly with pupils, staff, and school leadership
• Use effective classroom management strategies to maintain engagement
• Supervise pupils during break times where required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare

• Experience across multiple key stages
• SEN experience or additional training
• Flexibility to travel to different school locations
• Availability for short-notice or same-day bookings
