Job Title: Bank/Supply Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)
Location: Wellingborough
Pay: £13 per hour + (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Start Date: ASAP or March 2026

About the Setting- Open year-round, 8am-6pm
- Part of a strong federation with local Nursery, Primary, and SEND settings
- Emphasis on outdoor play, hands-on learning, and inclusive practice

- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
- Confidence working across different age groups in the nursery (experience desired but not essential)
- A genuine commitment to safeguarding and supporting young children
- Reliability and the ability to adapt to the nursery's needs
