Supply Chain Returns Specialist - Retail company - Hilversum

We're currently hiring a Supply Chain Returns Specialist for a client within the Retail industry based in Hilversum.

You will work on managing reverse logistics, ensuring timely processing and crediting of partner returns while driving process improvements. This role is cross-functional, partnering closely with Marketplace Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and Customer Finance teams, and connecting daily with your customers, carrier network and logistics teams.

Supply Chain Returns Specialist - Key Responsibilities:

• Process and track return requests from wholesale and partner accounts
• Coordinate with logistics, carriers, and cross-functional teams
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with audit controls
• Analyze returns data and optimize processes
• Support KPI delivery and implement new capabilities

Supply Chain Returns Specialist - Key Qualifications:

• Supply Chain operations expertise, ideally in reverse logistics
• Experience in a B2C Retail company. Ideally experience working with the store teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Digital skills: Excel (advanced), SAP, Tableau, Alteryx (ideally)

Supply Chain Returns Specialist - Contract details:

• Start: 5th of January 2026
• Duration: 7months + with extensions
• Location: Hilversum (3 Days onsite per month)
