Reporting to: Group Head of Supply Chain
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to take ownership of planning across the UK and Rest of World regions.
In this role, you will ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time - balancing exceptional customer service levels with optimal inventory performance. You will lead demand planning, forecasting, and supply coordination across suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage demand forecasts and supply plans aligned to sales projections
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer needs while minimising stock risk
- Use statistical modelling to generate forecasts where required
- Monitor and resolve supply issues, including expediting orders and reallocating inventory
- Take ownership of product availability across your region
- Drive inventory performance, including stock turns, net inventory, and overall inventory health
- Identify and communicate supply/demand risks and trade-offs
- Act as the escalation point for planning-related issues
- Maintain accurate master data within planning and ERP systems
- Lead, develop, and support direct reports
- Produce sales history and forecasting reports
- Support new product launches with accurate forecast inputs
- Assist with stock counts and respond to stock-related queries across the wider business
You are a proactive, analytical supply chain professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys solving complex planning challenges.
Essential skills & experience:
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Planning or Demand Forecasting
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and forecasting tools (or equivalent)
- Advanced analytical capability (Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and a results driven mindset
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
