Job Description

1. Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity.
2. Interact with third-party logistics service providers.
3. Audit freight costs and documentation.
4. Ensure accuracy of all inventories.
5. Create packing lists and update shipment information in the database.
6. Organize files both manually and electronically.
7. Monitor and facilitate repair orders.
8. Coordinate deliveries for returned items.
9. Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveries.
10. Ensure that all items are properly numbered and tagged.
11. Reconcile hand receipts.
12. Manage warehouse security-related work such as preparing badges, passes, and identification cards.
13. Ensure a regular supply of AMDS, lab chemicals, reagents, drugs, and RDTs to health centers to prevent stock outs.
14. Maintain tracking mechanisms for stock at the health facility level.
15. Manage fleet, assets, and inventory at district and health facility levels.
16. Support monthly meetings with the District Coordinator and ensure that the facility stock register is properly updated and maintained.
17. Produce monthly and quarterly reports on AMD and lab expiry calendars, temperature, and humidity records.
18. Generate demand for AMDs and lab reagents based on consumption reports from health and district warehouses.
19. Maintain record sections in the warehouse, including old bin cards, stock registers, temperature and expiry calendars, demand folders, waybills, and other relevant records.
20. Dispose of damaged items per SOPs or identify slow-moving items for timely utilization and rotation.
21. Manage the quarantine section for short expiry and expired stock.
22. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
