Supply Chain Network Manager

Role & What You Will Be Doing

You will lead the global governance of Supply Chain Flows across the entire Viatris product portfolio, from Key Starting Material (KSM) supply to finished product delivery to customers.

• Act as process gatekeeper for Supply Chain Flow Management, working closely with Global Supply Chain, Operations (Vertical) and Finance teams across all Viatris locations.
• Document standard Supply Chain Flows covering end to end product flow from KSM supply to finished product delivery to customers.
• Manage the central repository of Supply Chain Flows and ensure product flow information consistency and completeness.
• Provide product flow mapping at the product level in the global system for the entire Viatris product portfolio.
• Coordinate and manage product flow requests, collaborating with business stakeholders and SMEs covering Trade & Customs, VAT, Quality, Logistics, Finance, systems, and supply chain process aspects.
• Lead Supply Chain Flow reviews with business stakeholders and SMEs, ensuring all product flow requests are completed according to agreed timelines.
• Provide trade flow information to the Finance team.
• Develop and provide as is and to be product flow mapping for IT integration projects (SAP ERP and RapidResponse Advanced Planning System).
• Coordinate activities for documenting, evaluating, and approving new Supply Chain Flows according to the standard business process.
• In collaboration with the IT team, implement new Supply Chain Flows based on business requirements.
• Document recommendations for Supply Chain network optimization and participate in global projects to simplify product flow across the network.
• Develop and refine end user training content and roll out training to end users as part of knowledge sharing.
• Engage in business integration projects of markets, supply chain hubs, and internal manufacturing sites, and contribute to Supply Chain network optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven relevant experience in Supply Chain.
• Proven relevant experience in Supply Chain Network Design & Optimization.
• Strong Supply Chain and Supply Chain Network experience essential.
• Experience working cross functionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and detail oriented.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Prior Pharma experience an advantage but not essential.
