Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Leadership: Lead, develop, and manage the regional supply chain team to achieve objectives; establish and execute supply chain strategies aligned to business growth, customer service, cost optimization, and inventory targets; set department goals and KPIs; act as escalation point for critical supply chain issues; develop team capability through coaching and succession planning.
• Planning & Inventory Management: Oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and replenishment; lead S&OP to align forecast, supply, inventory, and financial plans; monitor forecast accuracy, product availability, and service performance; drive initiatives to reduce excess/obsolete inventory while maintaining service levels; manage product lifecycle activities including new product introductions, engineering changes, and discontinuations.
• Logistics & Distribution: Provide strategic oversight of inbound/outbound logistics, transportation providers, warehousing, and inventory deployment; drive freight optimization to reduce costs while maintaining service; develop and manage relationships with logistics providers and distribution networks; ensure compliance with trade, customs, transportation, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting, Analytics & BI: Develop a comprehensive supply chain reporting framework; create executive dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Oracle Analytics, or similar tools; analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvements; present performance and recommendations to senior leadership; standardize and automate reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Digital Transformation & AI: Lead adoption of digital tools, automation, and AI-driven capabilities; evaluate opportunities to improve forecasting, inventory optimization, supplier performance, and logistics efficiency; champion continuous improvement and collaborate with IT to road-map supply chain technology; promote responsible use of AI in processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Care, Product Management, Engineering, and Global Supply Chain teams; support planning with supply chain insights; align regional execution with global policies and best practices; drive collaboration to improve customer experience and operational effectiveness.
