About the Role

As a Supply Chain Intern at BOS Innovations, you will gain hands on experience supporting the day to day operations of our supply chain and logistics team. You will work closely with buyers, material coordinators, and project teams to help ensure materials are sourced, tracked, and delivered efficiently to support our automation projects.

This is a great opportunity to build practical experience in purchasing, inventory management, and supplier coordination within a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Location: London, ON Employment Type: Internship - 4 month term (May'26 - Aug'26) Department: Purchasing Wage: $25/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support product buyers with bill of material (BOM) processing, including requesting supplier quotes and assisting with purchase orders
  • Communicate with suppliers to track orders, ensure on time delivery, and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with organizing project materials into build kits and supporting inventory management activities
  • Prepare and maintain material status reports and update project tracking tools
  • Support shipping and receiving activities, including preparing outgoing shipments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives within the supply chain function
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure material availability aligns with project timelines

  • Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain, Business, or an Engineering program
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast paced environment
  • Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and inventory control practices
  • Experience with ERP systems is an asset
  • Comfortable working in a hands on environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
