What You'll Lead
  • Build and own a multi year roadmap for supply chain innovation and optimisation.
  • Drive initiatives that boost cost efficiency, service levels, and operational performance.
  • Champion automation, mechanisation, and tech enabled solutions.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, IT, and operations to deliver scalable improvements.
  • Create and track KPIs, delivering clear insights to senior leaders.
  • Strengthen network agility, resilience, and peak season readiness.
  • Dive deep into data to solve operational challenges.
  • Run network modelling to support strategic decision making.
  • Embed a strong Continuous Improvement culture across the organisation.
  • Design future network scenarios to fuel long term growth.
  • Support supply chain led commercial value creation.
About You
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5-10 years in supply chain leadership within retail, FMCG, or omnichannel environments.
  • Proven expertise in network planning, optimisation, and execution.
  • Strong communicator with standout stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, structured, and governance driven.
  • Analytical, data led, and commercially astute (P&L experience essential).
  • Advanced Excel/MS Office skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Data Guru, Supply Chain Guru, SAP APO/IBP.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable gains in cost, speed, and quality.
  • High energy, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
