Supply Chain Coordinator
Full-time | Office-based | Nottinghamshire
We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing UK business supplying major retailers with trade and DIY products.
This is a newly created role and a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and keen to build experience in supply chain and operations.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting demand planning and basic forecasting
- Raising and tracking purchase orders with suppliers
- Monitoring shipments, deliveries, and containers
- Communicating with suppliers about orders and timelines
- Helping improve and document supply chain processes
- Providing general supply chain and admin support
This is a busy role where you'll be trusted to get stuck in and take ownership.
What we're looking for
- Strong administration or operations experience
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, happy to ask questions
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
You don't need direct supply chain experience - we're open to:
- Graduates with admin-heavy experience
- Career changers from retail, buying, wholesale, or logistics
- Experienced administrators interested in supply chain
Training will be provided.
Working pattern
- Office-based, 5 days per week
- Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
- Friday: early finish around 4pm
- Parking available and good public transport links
