Supply Chain Coordinator

Venn Group is working with a healthcare organisation to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator to support their procurement teams effectively.

Details:

• Hourly rate: £12.82 including holiday pay
• Duration: ongoing
• Hours: 37.5 per week
• Location: London

Responsibilities:

1. Support and deliver the Trust's multi-faceted supply chain service.
2. Assist in the smooth operation of the service and provide additional support as needed.
3. Manage inbound deliveries.
4. Monitor stock levels, check inventory, and place orders accordingly.
5. Ensure roll cages and packaging are removed from customer areas after unloading and properly stored in authorized areas.
6. Report non-compliance, inefficiencies, or inaccuracies in systems/processes to the Supply Chain Supervisor.
7. Maintain store rooms in a tidy, accessible, and safe condition in compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Provide excellent customer service and support across all supply chain activities within the Procurement and Supply Chain Department.
9. Work collaboratively, empathetically, and professionally with colleagues, customers, and managers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
