Supply Chain Business Analyst

We are searching for a Supply Chain Business Analyst who will be crucial in driving the development of high-quality supply chain integration solutions. This role involves completing the functional design of a new EDI solution by capturing requirements, process mapping, and liaising effectively with both client stakeholders and 3PL providers to ensure seamless implementation.

Responsibilities

- Complete a thorough handover with the incumbent Business Analyst to ensure continuity

- Capture detailed business and functional requirements for the EDI solution

- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis for supply chain processes

- Liaise with client stakeholders, the EDI solution partner, and 3PL providers to validate requirements

- Support project management with clear updates on analysis progress, risks, and dependencies

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex supply chain or logistics environments

- Demonstrable expertise in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and functional design

- Solid understanding of EDI solutions and integrations within a supply chain context
