Supply Chain & Returns Specialist - EMEA Marketplace

Join our Supply Chain team and help deliver premium service to consumers across retail, online, and partner channels. As a Returns Specialist, you'll work on managing reverse logistics, ensuring timely processing and crediting of partner returns while driving process improvements.

You will work in the Returns team, in a cross-functional and agile environment that spans across EMEA and services the MPU's operational business needs. You will partner closely with Marketplace Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and Customer Finance teams, and will connect daily with your customers, carrier network and Nike's logistics teams.

What You'll Do:

• Process and track return requests from wholesale and partner accounts
• Coordinate with logistics, carriers, and cross-functional teams
• Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with audit controls
• Analyze returns data and optimize processes
• Support KPI delivery and implement new capabilities

What You Bring:

• Supply Chain operations expertise, ideally in reverse logistics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Digital skills: Excel (advanced), SAP, Tableau, Alteryx

• Location: Hilversum (3 Days onsite per month)
