Supply Chain & Merchandising Manager Ashbourne, Co. Meath

Cpl is delighted to partner with one of Ireland's leading beauty brands on the search for a Supply Chain & Merchandising Manager.

Role:

• Reports directly to the CEO
• Own inventory planning, forecasting, logistics and product availability across the business
• Work closely with Buying, Finance, Sales, Marketing, warehouse and logistics partners, and international manufacturing partners
• Be the operational heartbeat of a fast-scaling, internationally growing beauty brand

What you'll be doing:

• Building and owning rolling 12-month demand forecasts, including for new product launches
• Managing inventory, stock health and working capital across all brands
• Creating and managing purchase orders, and tracking supplier production schedules
• Overseeing inbound sea, air and road freight, customs and logistics efficiency
• Managing relationships with international manufacturing partners
• Owning stock allocation across Shopify, Amazon, Boots, Primark, Wholesale and International distributors
• Leading launch readiness planning end to end - forecasts, POs, factory timelines, freight and warehouse
• Producing a weekly executive dashboard covering sales vs forecast, stock risk, aged inventory, open POs and supplier performance

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Inventory Planning or Operations
• A strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Experience managing international suppliers and logistics
• Excellent Excel and ERP/WMS skills
• Beauty, FMCG or retail experience preferred
