Supply Chain Analyst - 12 months - Retail - Hilversum

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for CEMEA to drive operational excellence and deliver premium service levels across Middle East, Eastern Europe, and North Africa distributor markets. You will manage end-to-end logistics processes, ensure smooth seasonal execution, and act as the dedicated Supply Chain voice for internal and external stakeholders, supporting strategy and operational KPIs.

Supply Chain Analyst - Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring timely documentation and delivery.
• Partner with internal teams and external distributors to operationalize plans and optimize inventory management.
• Drive service model differentiation and operational performance, collaborating with EMEA Logistics and Transportation teams.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives, applying project management tools and fostering innovation.
• Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional teams to enable profitable growth and continuous improvement.

Supply Chain Analyst - Key Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain operations, with logistics knowledge as a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver operational excellence.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and leading account meetings.
• Proficiency in digital tools: MS Office, advanced Excel, SAP; knowledge of Cognos, Alteryx, Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Innovative mindset with experience in process improvement and change management.

• Location: Hybrid, Hilversum
• Duration: 12 months (plus potential extensions)
