Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join their dynamic team in Burgess Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about optimising processes and ensuring data accuracy!
Your Mission:
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a key role in the success of our client's UK/Ireland affiliate by managing crucial data requirements for materials and vendors. Your contributions will be vital for a smooth order-to-invoice process, ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine!
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Setup:
- Ensure 100% accuracy in 3rd party material data entry.
- Obtain Instrument Acceptance Forms (IAFs) and create equipment records in SAP.
- PO Management:
- Resolve logistics-related 3rd party purchase order issues promptly.
- Monitor and process new requests for standard and urgent materials using Smartsheet.
- Data Management:
- Regularly update and maintain key data, ensuring optimal inventory customer setup.
- Address amendments and changes to 3rd party materials as needed.

You are a proactive problem-solver with a knack for detail and organisation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to achieving results. Your ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships will help you navigate the challenges of supply chain management.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs in English and Mathematics at grade C or above.
- Previous experience in supply chain management is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP (Material Master) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a keen eye for data accuracy.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to adapt to change and embrace new technologies, including AI.
